This is transformational coaching, which means it can hold whatever the work requires. Accountability. Emotional depth. Your history. Your relationships. Your body. Whatever is most alive and most in the way.
The through-line isn't a fixed method. It's a commitment to your own self-leadership, and the range to meet you wherever you actually are. It's a sustained conversation designed to change what's actually driving the problem, not manage what it produces.
Most people who reach out aren't casually curious. They've been carrying something for a while. They've reached the point where they know something needs to change, even if they can't yet name exactly what.
You already know whether that's you.
This page is about what happens next.
WORK
WITH ANDY
Who This Is For
Whether you're a founder, an executive, a business owner, or something else entirely, what matters isn't the label. It's the pattern.
Leaders and entrepreneurs who are succeeding on the outside and struggling on the inside.
Founders and CEOs who have no one to think out loud with, because everyone around them either reports to them, needs something from them, or looks to them for the answer. They're surrounded by people and completely alone with the hardest questions.
The high achievers who are capable of handling everything, and worn down by the fact that they are the ones that always have to.
Business owners who can feel the walls slowly closing in, not from failure, but from the quiet fear that they can't keep up with the life they've built.
People who are losing the thread with the people they love most. Not from lack of caring. From being so far inside their own head that they've stopped showing up.
Those who are starting to wonder what it's all actually for.
You don't need to be in crisis. You need to be honest.
If you can sit across from someone and say what's actually going on, that's enough to start.
“Andy helped me to realize that I am enough — and not only that, but that I am strong, confident, caring, and loving.””
Who I Am in This Work
I'm not a motivational presence. I'm not here to tell you what you're doing wrong or hand you a framework and send you on your way.
I ask questions. The kind that slow you down and make you look at what you've been moving too fast to see. I hold what you share without judgment and without flinching. And I stay with you long enough that what was invisible starts to come into focus.
I've been doing this work for over thirty years, long before I knew it would become the center of what I do professionally. It started in my personal life, quietly, while I was also building businesses and competing as a professional athlete. From 2011 to 2013 I completed a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology. Not a career pivot. Just the next honest step in work I'd already been doing for years.
Then in 2019, my business collapsed. And when it did, something else collapsed with it.
We all have an internal operating system, patterns and beliefs running quietly in the background, keeping us feeling worthy, enough, like we belong, among others. We don't see them because we don't need to. They're doing their job. Mine had been doing their job for decades.
When the business failed, they stopped working. And for the first time in my life, I had nowhere to hide.
That's what makes it possible for me to sit with someone else in it.
If you want to know more about where I've been and how I got here, that's on the About page.
“I fear who I’d be if I worked with someone else.”
How the Work Actually Works
The answers aren't given to you. They're drawn out of you. That's a different thing entirely.
Knowing yourself, truly knowing yourself, is at the heart of this work. The ancient Greeks called it the first obligation of a conscious life. This work takes that seriously. Understanding where you came from, what shaped you, what's been running underneath. That's not a detour. That's the work. The difference between this and therapy isn't what we look at. It's what we do with what we find.
The goal isn't to understand your patterns and learn to manage them. It's to see through them, to step outside the limitations you've been living inside of your whole life and look back at them for the first time with fresh eyes. To move from insight to freedom. And from there, to begin creating possibility for yourself for whatever comes next.
Thinking harder won’t get you there. The work happens at a deeper level, through conversation, through feeling, through learning to access the part of you that already knows.
This isn’t a quick fix. Unlike most investments, this one appreciates over time. The shifts that happen in this work create new ways of seeing and being that continue to ripple outward in your life for years. The return on what you put in during the first months keeps growing long after the work itself is done. Because when you change at that level, everything that flows from you changes too.
“Andy doesn’t just help you solve problems. He helps you build the life you actually want.”
“The transformation I experienced through our work has profoundly impacted every area of my life.”
How We Begin
Connect
Step 1:
A first conversation. Twenty minutes.
You share a little about where you are. I ask a few questions. We see if there's something worth exploring together. No pitch. No pressure. Just two people taking twenty minutes to find out if this makes sense.
Discovery
Step 2:
If the Connect Call feels right, we go deeper.
This is where you get to slow down and lay your life out. Where you are. What’s working. What isn’t. What you’ve been carrying. Most people haven’t had a chance to look at all of it from 30,000 feet. This conversation gives you that.
And then the part most people skip: what you actually want. Not the next logical step. Not what’s expected. What you want your life to actually look like. Most people haven’t given themselves permission to sit with that question honestly. First you dream. Then we scheme. You’ll leave with more clarity than you came in with, and I’ll have a real sense of what you’re navigating and whether I can help.
Moving Forward
Step 3:
After the Discovery conversation, most people have a clear enough sense of whether they want to move forward. If more is needed, I may suggest a full coaching session, so you can feel the work directly before deciding anything.
If it’s a fit, I’ll recommend what makes sense for where you are. Not a preset package. Not a standard program. What I recommend is based on what you’re navigating and how deep the work needs to go. This is a minimum six-month commitment, because real shifts take time, and the work compounds the longer we stay with it.
“Working with Andy not only helped me improve during our sessions, but gave me the framework to continue my journey of self-improvement long after our work together was done.”
This is not about fixing you.
This is not about fixing you.
There is nothing to fix. What this work does is return you to yourself, to the clarity, the steadiness, and the aliveness that got buried under years of proving, performing, and carrying more than any one person should carry alone.
Your leadership gets steadier. Your relationships get warmer. Your body gets taken care of. Your decisions get cleaner. The life you've built starts to feel like it actually belongs to you.
Not because everything changes. Because you do.
The people who do this work are not people who ask for help easily. They've spent years, sometimes decades, building a life around not needing to. Reaching out takes more courage for them than almost anything else they do. If that's you, know this: that willingness, to set down the armor for long enough to say something needs to change, is exactly what makes this work possible.
If that feels worth a conversation, start here.
“Working with Andy was the best gift I have ever given myself.”
“I got more value than I could ever spend in dollars.”
